Ban Appeal

I was banned for quick MP regen... i wasnt doing that though. i lagged and i kept hitting my Assaulter button (i set assaulter skill to shift) and when i caught up, it hit a lot of monsters. i was then banned... i wonder if there is any way to get the autoban to not glitch like that? (not the purpose of the topic) if you dont unban me, thats fine. if you do unban me, that would be great. thanks XD
