Those aren't bad looking dwellings there. I usually lurk around gathering resources to such an extent that I'll be able to build for at least a week before making my base. I like to be very prepared. Also, have any of you gone into the Nether yet? It gets really interesting then. :3

Yes, I ended up hearing a lot about the so-called "Nether" and decided to look up a few video's about what it was. Seeing as I didn't have diamond by that time, I decided to use some other method that involved cooling lava and building it in the shape of a frame.

I find it quite funny when you go to the Nether and find a pack of Zombie Pigmen. They're all neutral....until you attack one and they all come after you. They're the gangs of Minecraft. D;
