Why you think you were banned : I just talked it over in the chatbox with a few mates, apparently it was "Using a skill I didn't have."
Why you deserve a 2nd chance : I have no idea why it said that. The last moments that occured was that I had levelled up, so I had SP. I put it in the skill "Heal" and I pressed my hotkey for the skill because I was close to dying. I have no idea why it gave me that reason.
